We started in 1983 as a single upscale sub shop in Key West, aptly named Mr. Submarine. Shortly thereafter, we took our success and headed north into Miami while expanding both our menu and footprint as we evolved into Miami Subs.
After changes in the brand’s ownership, the Miami Subs Capital Partners group took over day-to-day management in 2010. Recognizing the brand equity, Capital Partners understood the need for a fresh vision to elevate the organization back to its deserved glory. They brought on Richard Chwatt as CEO in 2010 to revitalize our iconic brand. Under this leadership, our aim has been to focus on bringing back the passion for our brand with innovative entrepreneurs and a top franchise business model that makes us the best fast-food franchise to own.
Throughout our journey over the years, the loyalty that our franchisees experience from their customers has remained persistent. As a result, we’ve made a strong turnaround in recent years as our vision has begun to take shape again. All of this has ultimately paved the way for the brand we know today as Miami Grill.
With our business opportunities in Florida, entrepreneurs can take advantage of the craving for delicious Miami Grill food that is still active throughout the state today. We’ve built a diverse menu and better customer experience in each of our locations to match the shift of consumers who prefer restaurants that use a fast-casual dining model. And with our drive-thru option at each location, customers have a convenient option to carry out their Miami Grill order without sacrificing quality.
